Structure before decoration
Goal, audience, offer, and the single action the page has to earn. The page order follows from that.
Web design & build
Plenty of sites look fine and still lose people. I build small-business sites where the page order, the message and the one action you want get decided before anything gets styled. Based in South Florida, working across Broward County and with clients further out.
Every project gets scoped on its own. These are the parts that tend to decide whether a site feels finished or merely launched.
Goal, audience, offer, and the single action the page has to earn. The page order follows from that.
Type, color, spacing and components that still hold together when you add a page next year.
Local searches happen on phones. That layout gets designed properly instead of squeezed down from the desktop version.
Contact and quote forms wired up, tested, with a confirmation email so nobody wonders whether it sent.
Titles, descriptions, headings, sitemap, structured data and a clean crawl path, all set before launch.
Domain, DNS, analytics, and a walkthrough of how to run it. Care plans exist if you would rather not.
It starts with working out the point. We settle the goal, the audience, the offer, and what one thing the site has to get someone to do. Most of the value lands here, before any design exists.
Then it gets designed and built: the visual system, responsive pages, working forms, and the launch setup, all shaped around trust and clarity.
After launch, the site keeps changing. Refinements, new pages, seasonal updates. Some clients handle that themselves and some hand it back to me.
I am not loyal to one platform. Cloudflare suits custom, fast builds and client portals. Shopify earns its keep when there is a cart and a checkout. WordPress makes sense when content keeps growing. Wix or Squarespace fits when you want to run the thing yourself day to day.
The right answer is whichever one your business can still operate a year from now. See which platform fits which priority.
Courses, a client portal, a dashboard and an admin area, not a brochure site.

About two weeks for a starter site, three for a growth site, and around four for a premium build, counted from the point where content and approvals are flowing.
No. Premium builds include content writing assistance, and on smaller projects I will shape what you already have into page copy that fits the structure.
Redesigns are common. I will look at what is working, what is losing people, and what can be kept, then rebuild around the action the site needs to earn.
You do. It is deployed to your domain and your accounts, and I walk you through running it. Care plans are available if you would rather hand that part off.
Yes. Broward County clients can meet in person, and everyone else works over calls and email. Several current clients are in other states.
