SEO & local search

Get found by people already looking.

SEO here means the unglamorous parts done properly. A site Google can crawl and understand, pages that answer what people actually type, and a Google Business Profile that matches the site. No guaranteed rankings, no bundles of filler links.

The parts that move the needle

Search visibility is mostly plumbing and clarity. Here is what gets set up and watched.

Technical foundation

Titles, descriptions, one clear heading per page, canonical tags, a readable sitemap, and no stray rule telling search engines to skip you.

Structured data

Markup that tells Google what the business is, where it works, what it offers and how it answers common questions.

Local search setup

Google Business Profile matched to the site, so the name, contact details and service area all agree.

Pages that match intent

One page for each thing people search, written to answer the search rather than repeat a keyword.

Speed and mobile

Fast, responsive pages. A slow site loses people long before ranking becomes the problem.

Reporting you can read

Search Console and analytics connected, plus a plain-English read of what is actually happening.

An honest word about timelines

Search results move slowly. A new page usually takes weeks to be crawled, indexed and settled, and competitive local terms take months of steady work. Anyone promising the top spot by next week is selling something else.

What I will promise is that the groundwork is right, that each page has a job, and that you can see what is working in Search Console instead of guessing.

Straight answers about search

Can you guarantee a number one ranking?

No, and neither can anyone else. Google does not sell placement in organic results. What I can do is remove the technical reasons a site stays invisible and build pages that deserve to rank.

Do you do SEO for a site you did not build?

Yes. That usually starts with an audit: what is indexed, what is blocking crawling, which pages compete with each other, and what is worth fixing first.

Is SEO included when you build my site?

Foundation SEO and schema markup come with every build. Growth and premium projects add deeper optimization and Google Business Profile setup.

How long before I see results?

Weeks for indexing, months for competitive local terms. The first signal is usually impressions climbing in Search Console, with clicks following later.

Do I need to blog every week?

No. A solid set of service and location pages does more for most local businesses than a weekly post nobody reads.

Working across Broward County.

Based in South Florida and working with businesses across Broward County, plus clients around the country who would rather meet over a call than in person.

Want to know why you are not showing up?

Send me the site and the searches you want to win. I will tell you what is holding it back, and whether that is a fix or a rebuild.
