Brand management & care

Keep the brand from drifting.

Brands rarely fall apart at launch. They drift. A stretched logo in a flyer, three shades of the same green, a social post that looks like a different company entirely. This is the ongoing work that keeps everything recognisably yours.

The work that keeps it together

Brand guidelines

Logo usage, color values, type, spacing and tone, written in a document people will actually open.

Asset library

Templates and exports for the things you make repeatedly, so nobody rebuilds a flyer from scratch.

Ongoing design support

Social graphics, print pieces and one-off requests, without re-explaining the brand every time.

Website care plans

Updates, content changes, fixes and monitoring, so the site does not quietly rot after launch.

Sub-brands that fit

New programs or product lines given their own identity while staying part of the parent brand.

How the ongoing work runs

What is a care plan?

A monthly arrangement covering website updates, fixes, monitoring and a set amount of design work, so small changes never turn into projects.

Do I need brand guidelines?

If more than one person touches your marketing, yes. Guidelines are what stop the drift once other people start making things.

Can you manage a brand someone else designed?

Yes. That usually begins by documenting what exists, cleaning up the file set, and deciding what is worth keeping.

Can you handle print as well as digital?

Yes. Print, packaging, apparel and signage are part of the studio, and the specs differ enough from web that one person across both saves grief.

Is this a contract or month to month?

Care plans run month to month and get adjusted as the workload changes. The point is predictable support, not a lock-in.

Brand drifting since launch?

Tell me what keeps ending up off-brand and who is making it. The fix is usually a short set of rules and a handful of templates.
